Process Trainer
Location: Gurugram & Noida
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Qualification: Any postgraduate/graduate
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop programs and curriculum for employees - new hires, refresher sessions for existing employees, on-job training, cross-functional training, and skill development.
- Identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs and workshops and implement necessary adjustments/improvements.
- Background Verification (BGV) experience preferred.
