      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Develop programs and curriculum for employees - new hires, refresher sessions for existing employees, on-job training, cross-functional training, and skill development.
      • Identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees.
      • Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs and workshops and implement necessary adjustments/improvements.
      • Background Verification (BGV) experience preferred.
