Securitas was founded in 1934 by Erik Philip-Sörensen. In year 1972, the company was consolidated under the name of Securitas and a logo was established with three dots depicting our core values - integrity, vigilance and helpfulness. With a rich and yet humble heritage, Securitas has been leading the transformation of security industry.

In India, Securitas is a joint venture of Securitas AB and Walsons Services Pvt. Ltd. The Walsons Group was founded in India in the year 1996 by Mr. Arjun Wallia - the Group Founder and Chairman. His vision and dynamic leadership has taken the company from a garage operation at its inception to a leading security services company in India. Business growth and investing returns for further progress has been a clear focus for Mr. Wallia.
In the year 2007, Walsons partnered with Sweden-based Securitas AB, the world’s knowledge leader in security, bringing a world class security provider to India.
